Enterprise AI training and practical workshops

Enterprise AI training connects understanding, hands-on experiments and stage acceptance around business problems. It serves non-technical learners, business leaders and department heads who want to understand concrete AI value, through defined topics or joint discovery of useful scenarios.

Jie’s AI Lab brings together its founder, industry specialists, AI specialists and project partners for project-based workshops and consulting. Rooted in healthcare technology, it serves non-technical learners, business leaders and department heads across industries through problem discovery, experiments and value validation.

What can participants take away?

Deliverables depend on the format and agreed goals: a problem list, reusable skill, workflow, MVP demonstration, validation record or next-pilot plan. Each workshop collects and confirms stage outcomes; efficiency gains and launch dates are not promised in advance.

What should we prepare beforehand?

Define the business question, participant roles, existing workflow, anonymised samples and who will judge usability. Prepare cases and materials ahead of topic-specific workshops, and agree acceptance goals before starting.

Choose a service format

  • Half-day Salon: develop AI understanding and identify useful questions through scenario discussions.
  • One-day Skill Workshop: build a reusable skill and workflow around one problem or technique.
  • Two-day, one-night Hackathon: co-create an MVP, demonstrate it and validate key capabilities.
  • Five-day BootCamp: validate actual functionality against agreed needs and produce outputs ready for further deployment work; unconditional launch is not promised.
  • Three-month Organisational Support: combine workshops and project consulting to review progress and advance business applications.

Common questions

Does a five-day BootCamp guarantee launch?

The aim is to validate actual functionality against agreed needs and create outputs that can proceed toward deployment and use. Deployment conditions, integration and acceptance require specific confirmation; five days do not guarantee an unconditional launch.

Can non-technical staff participate?

Yes. Workshops serve non-technical learners, business leaders and department heads. Activities start with business problems and existing materials; tools and task complexity are chosen for participants and acceptance goals.

Does an unsuccessful experiment still produce an outcome?

Failure is allowed. Identifying infeasible approaches, capability limits, missing materials and clearer requirements can be stage outcomes. Acceptance criteria are agreed before the workshop.

How can we discuss collaboration?

Prepare your business question, participating departments, available anonymised materials and validation goals, then open the Feishu enquiry form from the homepage consultation section. Your request is saved in a restricted table for the team to follow up.
