Real problem

A corporate legal team reviews multiple versions of procurement contracts. This illustrative case focuses on change comparison, key-clause extraction and an internal review checklist using anonymised contracts and existing team rules. Legal staff remain responsible for interpretation and amendment decisions.

Experiment

A two-day, one-night Hackathon creates an MVP with exact contract references. Reviewers check extraction of payment, delivery, breach and confidentiality clauses, version changes and handling of unfamiliar provisions. Each suggestion must point back to a passage; missing facts cannot be inferred.

Stage outcomes

Proposed outputs are a demonstrable workflow, human review checklist, false-positive and omission records, and conditions for a further pilot. A five-day BootCamp can validate permissions and business integration. This case has no real client endorsement, completed acceptance results or legal advice.
