Real problem

A vocational education provider wants to support course preparation and learning feedback. The illustrative experiment starts with one course unit, existing lesson plans and public teaching materials. Teachers define the scope, difficulty and review criteria. The assistant does not make admission, eligibility or grading decisions.

Experiment

A one-day Skill Workshop creates material summaries, exercise drafts and feedback templates. A two-day, one-night Hackathon assembles an MVP. Teachers test different sample tasks for alignment, evidence and quality; unsupported content is held back and feedback is reviewed before use.

Stage outcomes

Proposed outputs are the course-unit assistant, teacher review log, content error register and pilot plan. A five-day BootCamp can test actual workflows; three months of support can help staff develop reusable practices. No student outcome improvements or implemented client project are claimed.
